Mark R. Robinius is a seasoned trial lawyer with over six years of trial experience in criminal cases ranging from D.W.I. to Murder. He received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he represented his school in two national Moot Court competitions and was selected to the National Order of Barristers for excellence and high honor in the art of courtroom advocacy. Addionally, Mark received the CALI Excellence for the Future award for obtaining the highest grade in Agency & Partnership during the Spring semester 1999. During law school, Mark clerked for John Howie, of Howie & Sweeney L.L.P.
Mr. Robinius passed the Texas Bar Exam prior to graduation, and upon graduating in May 2000, began working as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County. Late in 2000, Mark opened the law firm of Robinius and Sutton L.L.P. and is now the Managing Partner.
Mark is a member of the Texas Bar, the U.S. Northern District Court of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Aaron Harper graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Although he has worked on everything from Murder cases to Simple Assaults, Mr. Harper particularly enjoys his work with Driving While Intoxicated Cases, as evidenced by being a member of the National College for DUI Defense. He feels that as long as he can outwork the State, he can always provide a very aggressive and powerful defense. Because of his work ethic and results, Mr. Harper rapidly became a named partner of Robinius, Sutton and Harper, L.L.P. in 2003 and since then both he and Mr. Robinius work as a trial team in almost every case so that each case receives the best legal defense possible.
